What happens after the trial?
We ask for a card. If you don't add one, the account stops monitoring — we don't start charging a card you never gave us, and we don't delete your configuration.
Is 100 monitors a hard wall?
It's fair use, not a tier. Each account is a real process on a real machine, so the number exists to bound our costs, not to sell you a bigger plan. Need more? Ask, and you'll get it.
Can I take my data and leave?
Yes, and the exit is unusually complete: the engine is open source, so you can export your configuration and run the identical software yourself. Cancelling is a button, not an email to a retention team.
Do you charge per user?
No. Bring the whole team. Charging per seat to add the colleague who is on call this week is the most resented pricing in this category and we're not doing it.
Is anything held back from the open-source version?
Yes — one thing, and we'd rather you read it than discover it. Here is exactly what.
Monthly or annual?
Either, and you can switch. Annual is $290 — the same as paying for ten months and getting twelve.
